Kingdom Advance Prayer Meeting
Ask the Lord of the Harvest…
Jesus taught his disciples to pray what Christians now call The Lord's Prayer. I learned this prayer as a child growing up in a Christian home. I realized that Jesus gave his disciples another prayer that is not often noticed. He said that the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. He then gave his disciples the following prayer request: Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out more laborers into the harvest (Matthew 9: 36-38).
Much of the church has grown cold to the Great Commission. We need another Great Awakening to quicken the hearts of believers to fulfill the Great Commission.
A prayer gathering through Zoom is occurring every morning from 6:00 to 6:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The focus of each morning is the same and is described below.
Focus of Morning Prayer
Pray for awakening/revival in your church such that believers would walk as Jesus walked and fulfill the great commission.
Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out more laborers into the harvest in your county, your state, and to the ends of the earth.
Pray for specific lost people to repent, believe, and be baptized, to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and to walk as Jesus walked.
* Prayers that promote unity in the body of Christ to advance the Kingdom of God are welcomed. Prayers that promote or disparage any political party or leader are not permitted.
Participants may attend as frequently as their schedule permits.
