Mission & Vision
Every Christian & Church Advancing God’s Kingdom
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:37–38
Vision Statement
Every Christian Walking as Jesus Walked
Every Church Advancing the Kingdom of God
I have a dream that all Christians, red, yellow, black and white will walk as Jesus walked (1 John 2:6). We will bless others by proclaiming the Kingdom of God, seeking and saving the lost, baptizing believers, praying for the filling of the Holy Spirit, healing the sick, casting out demons, and giving generously and extravagantly to those in need. We will grow in faithfulness to God through meditation on and teaching from the Bible. We will refuse to participate in the taking of human life. We will remain fervent in prayer for revival both individually and corporately.
I have a dream that the church will be a fellowship (brotherhood/sisterhood) of believers who fulfill the greatest commandments (Matthew 22:34-40) and the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20: Mark 16:15-18). The fellowship of believers will not seek to bring people to church, but rather to bring the Kingdom of God to the unsaved, sick, and demonized. The fellowship of believers will not promote itself or any institution, but rather will promote Jesus Christ, His lifestyle and teachings, His death and resurrection and His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. The fellowship of believers will be a House of Prayer for all Nations!
Mission Statement
Training, Equipping, and Encouraging Christians and Churches to Fulfill the Great Commission following the Greatest Commandments
Fulfillment of the Mission
The mission is founded upon God’s word and accomplished through prayer for God to send out more laborers into the harvest. A Global Laborers daily prayer meeting takes place each morning through Zoom.
Kingdom Advance is an activity in which laborers (believers) for the harvest get out of their comfort zone to reach the unsaved, sick, and demonized. Often this includes going two by two to seek the lost, to bless others, and to make disciples. This includes but is not limited to going into neighborhoods, public gathering areas, shopping malls, etc.
Kingdom Advance Groups are gatherings of disciples who carry out the Great Commission following the Greatest Commandments. Gatherings include studying God's word related to evangelism and making disciples, and sharing testimonies of God’s work in advancing his kingdom. They may also include praying for the lost and listening for God’s direction for future outreach. Kingdom Advance Groups gather together regularly in person or through Zoom. Members of Kingdom Advance Groups encourage each other to participate in some form of Kingdom Advance at least once a week.
